When a customer places an order with CMUSA, a member of our staff will confirm that order either by telephone, or Email, or both. Once an order has been confirmed, a unique CMUSA In-House Order Number is issued. All order inquiries must reference this number. No order information will be given out without reference to this number.

Additionally, when CMUSA ships an order, customers are notified by Email of the selected shipping carrier's tracking number.
