| At Order Confirmation, each customer is notified of shipping options to his location. Shipping cost for each order will be the prevailing rate of the selected carrier from Reno, Nevada to the customer's designated shipping address, plus insurance. "Next Day" shipping is available at an additional cost. CMUSA ships orders using the carriers listed below. |

If your order arrives with obvious shipping damage, such as heavy crushing or punctures, call CMUSA at (775)827-2667 immediately! A member of our staff will talk you through an inspection procedure. CMUSA packages orders for shipment in such a way that even though the outside container may be damaged, the inner items will remain intact. If our staff member determines there is a risk to using the item(s) you have received, immediate steps will be taken to replace the damaged item(s). For insurance purposes, customer must return all damaged items with original packaging, any accessories, software, etc. Our staff member will issue a "RMA" number (Return Merchandise Authorization). NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER. |
