Terms of Sale:
1. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by ComputerMan USA ("Seller"). Seller is not liable for any warranty that may be provided by the manufacturer of the products beyond the agreed period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Seller reserves the right not to return or exchange products which are (a) no longer in production; (b) the manufacturer has declared bankruptcy, or will not accept returns from Seller. Warranty will be void on any unauthorized repair or any physical damage on all parts and systems. Please do not work on computer systems by yourself without proper authorization from Seller. Also allow up to ten (10) weeks for certain warranty repairs.
2. All authorized returns and exchanges MUST be made within10 days from the date of purchase with receipt unless otherwise specified. (See our Return Policy) Items must be in new condition, including all original packaging, manuals and literature, installation software, and accessories. NO returns or exchanges are allowed for any software if the manufacturer's package seals have been broken. A restocking fee of up to 28% may apply. See our Shipping Damage Return Policy.
. Purchaser shall provide Seller with all financial information reasonably requested for the purpose of establishing or continuing the Purchaser's credit line. Seller shall have the right to change or revoke the Purchaser's credit limit without notice on the basis of the Seller's credit policies, and Purchaser's financial condition and/or payment record.
4. A service charge of the lesser of one and one-half percent (1½%) per month or the maximum amount by law will be charged on all past due balances. In the event the Purchaser fails to make timely payment of any amount invoiced hereunder. Seller shall have the right, in addition to any or all rights and remedies available to Seller at law or in equity, to immediately revoke Purchaser's credit. Purchaser agrees that Seller shall have a "continuing security interest" in any product sold, and shall have the right to repossess such product sold in the event the Purchaser does not timely pay in full. Purchaser shall pay all cost of collection, including attorney fees.
5. Any obligation of Seller under these terms and conditions to deliver products on credit terms shall terminate without notice if Purchaser files a voluntary petition under a bankruptcy statute.
