Warrranty Information: Individual Components, Peripherals, & Software 1. Unless otherwise specified, ComputerMan USA does not offer any warranty on computer software, component parts, or peripherals other than the manufacturer's original warranty. For individual software, component, or peripheral warranty information, consult the packaging literature or the manufacturer of the product directly. 2. ComputerMan USA does not accept returns on any electronic merchandise or software if the original manufacturer's packaging has been opened and the factory seals broken. Before you make a purchase, always consult with our Sales Department. A staff member will advise you of any potential incompatibility or performance issues that might arise. 3. All sales are final unless otherwise stated, or prior arrangements have been made with our Sales or Customer Service Departments. If a component or peripheral is defective, consult the product manufacturer directly for replacement procedures. CMUSA Limited Three Year Warranty for New Computer Towers and Notebooks At ComputerMan USA, we take great pride in building the best PC Systems and notebooks around! We use only "top-of-the-line" components. Yes, we could build systems using lesser grade components, but that's just not us! We strive for dependability and longevity. Each model we manufacture is thoroughly tested to provide years of reliable service. For this reason, we offer a Limited 3-Year Warranty on all PC Towers and Notebooks we build. This extended warranty covers hard drives, processors, memory, and motherboards should they fail under normal conditions. All other components are warrantied for one year. Terms and Conditions: 1. The ComputerMan USA Limited 3-Year Warranty runs concurrently with all component manufacturers warranties, and not consecutively. 2. ComputerMan USA records the original configuration of each system at the time of purchase. This record notes the components used and any distinguishing information such as serial numbers, and manufacturer's part numbers. The addition of any hardware to this original configuration by anyone other than authorized ComputerMan USA technical staff voids the Limited 3-Year Warranty. Once voided, only individual component manufacturer warranties apply. 3. This Limited 3-Year Warranty covers physical failure of the original cpu, motherboard, memory, and hard drive under normal operating conditions. Failure of these components due to the introduction of additional or replacement hardware or software is not covered under this agreement. Failure of the listed components caused by cascade effect from non-warrantied components is not covered under this agreement. Component incompatibility due to the introduction of any present or future software is not covered under this agreement. 4. ComputerMan USA is not responsible for any lost data should a component fail and have to be replaced. Data recovery from failed components is very difficult process, and there are third-party companies that specialize in this field. Recovery of lost data by these companies may be possible, however, be advised that the cost for this type of service can be extremely high. Back-up your critical information regularly! 5. If a component must be replaced, ComputerMan USA reserves the right to substitute a product of equal performance if the original defective component model has been discontinued or is unavailable from the manufacturer. 6. The ComputerMan USA Limited 3-Year Warranty is non-transferable and void upon relinquishment of ownership of the system by the original purchaser. 7. This Limited 3-Year Warranty covers parts only. Computer owner is liable for any shipping & handling fees, and installation labor.
